OneWay Ashland is our first addition in the state of Virginia. It has 156 units, Business Center, Fitness Center, swimming pool, restaurant, and space for meetings and events. It is surrounded by big name brands like Starbucks and Hampton by Hilton.

It is located 20 minutes from Richmond, the state capital of Virginia, and is the third most populous metropolitan area in the state. Its economy is driven primarily by law, finance, and government, with federal, state, and local government agencies, plus law firms and banks in downtown.
