Investors can acquire a condominium in the USA and receive a net annual income in dollars on a quarterly basis. At first, we offered a fixed net annual rent of 8% per year. However, we are currently offering a 10% annual fixed net rent, because of the positive projections estimated for the hotel industry in 2023. Also, in turn, the owner will have two weeks of use per year, strategic location, and independently titled units. Ideal for those who do not want to deal with or worry about their unit, since we manage it, and the owners only receive their net rent.
